Terms of Service

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use WadeScribe.

• WadeScribe tools cost credits. Each tool shows its cost before you use it.
• New accounts get an 80-credit welcome bonus, valid for 30 days. You also get 2 free credits each day you come back, as long as you have fewer than 6 free credits.
• Credits you buy never expire. Prices are in Naira, and payments are processed by Flutterwave.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account or exchanged for money.
• Credits aren't refundable once they've been added to your account. If you were charged and your credits never arrived, email support@wadescribe.comwith your payment reference and we'll fix it or refund you.
• A Project Partner key is a one-time purchase and works for one project.

WadeScribe is a study aid. Your school's rules on AI-assisted work apply to you, and following them is your responsibility. Don't submit work where your institution forbids it, and review and understand anything you hand in.

AI can be wrong. Check facts, figures and citations before you rely on them. We don't guarantee any grade or outcome. Our AI-writing check is our own estimate. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Turnitin, and it can't predict what another detector will report.

• Use WadeScribe for anything illegal, harmful or harassing.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use.
• Try to get around credit costs, break our security, or access other users' data.
• Scrape, resell or build a competing service from WadeScribe or its output at scale.

You own what you upload and what WadeScribe generates for you. You let us store and process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The WadeScribe name, logo, design and software belong to us. We keep improving the product, so features and credit costs may change. We try to keep WadeScribe available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.

You can stop using WadeScribe at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@wadescribe.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

WadeScribe is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we change them in ways that matter, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app. Questions go to support@wadescribe.com.
